Moody Center ATX Concerts 2026

After many many visits to the Moody Center, I guess it's time to review it...Ive been on the floor to the bleeds and I can say all the seats have been "comfortable" enough with ample leg room compared to many other venues. Bars are plentiful as are snack food options. There are special Indeed, Germania, Dell sections that you can gain access to if you purchase seats withing that section, which is totally worth it IMHO. (Private bathrooms, foods stalls, and better quality liquors at the bar.) All said and done, it's an indoor arena so acoustics are a bit echoey but hey it's a concert, monster truck rally, or whatever else your there for. Great climate control (Madonna's was scorching 🥵) but I think that's an artist's preference. If it's a sold out concert, park in the many garages around, if not a sold out concert and there are no other large events going on, street parking is doable.

Every female bathroom stall had signs by the lock stating if you don't feel safe, ask for an angel shot. This is great. More places need to do this. Any seat in the Moody Center was good, even near the nose bleed sections. My issue was walking in was very unorganized and caused a severe bottle neck.

I won all inclusive tickets to the iheart radio country music festival in Austin at the Moody center, we were up pretty high, ( for free , can't really complain ) amazing performances by All . The center was very big. Very packed. Sound system was amazing. Drinks were expensive but you pretty much have to plan for that at any venue. Great experience. If I win again I'll return but being from Southern Commiefornia it's far and an expensive trip. Thank you Moody Center Staff for trying to make everything go as smoothly as you did. 4 💎. Very nice venue, easy to navigate. But three stars for the horrible food choices. Everything I tried was poor quality and hardly palatable, even the popcorn. Not to mention extremely expensive. Almost 50 bucks for two chicken sandwiches, one french fry, and two bottled drinks. Appalling, especially since it tasted worse than institutional food. Go, enjoy the show, just don't eat anything.

New arena in town. Getting entry was smooth and quick. Easy enough to get around with decent directions to get to your seat. Plenty of concession stands, even some very quick self-checkout ones. I'm going to leave parking to a separate review. Moody Center was a great place to see a concert.
