The Midwestern state of Indiana has a vibrant history of music, with genres such as rap, rock, country, and edm. It is also here that jazz gained steam after Chicago and New Orleans. The late great Michael Jackson was from this state; other notable artists from Indiana include Janet Jackson, John Mellencamp, Van Halen, and John Hiatt. In Bean Blossom, the Bill Monroe Memorial Festival is held every June.
World-famous pop sensation Taylor Swift is set to perform at the Lucas Oil Stadium soon in Indianapolis. She’s doing this as part of her Eras Tour and is teaming up with Gracie Abrams for this concert.
Also, Benson Boone is set the grace the stage at the Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park alongside Daniel Seavey. Boone, MTV's Global PUSH Artist of 2023, is known for hits like "GHOST TOWN" and "Beautiful Things."
