Vilamoura formed in Austin, Texas in 2012, evolved from punk rock to metalcore/post-hardcore with dual vocals, melodic choruses, and heavy guitar riffs. Influenced by I Prevail, the band debuted with "Buried Alive" in 2015. After a 6-year hiatus, they returned in 2022 with "Bitter" and "Let Me Out." "Double Down" in December 2023 further defined their sound.
