Downtown Country Jam History

Following up on the success of 2025's first ever sold-out Downtown Country Jam featuring Trace Adkins, we're hoping this year's Downtown Country Jam will sellout for the second year in a row. The event takes in historic downtown Fort Dodge at 901 Central Avenue.

Travis Tritt: Career Highlights

Travis Tritt signed with Warner Brothers in 1989. Over the years he's had seven albums certified Platinum or higher, 15 Top 10 hits including 5 #1 songs and 40 charted hits in total. He's been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 1992 and has sold over 30 million albums. Some of Tritt's many hits include It's A Great Day To Be Alive, Country Club, Help Me Hold On, I'm Gonna Be Somebody, Here's A Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares), The Whiskey Ain't Workin, T-R-O-U-B-L-E, Take It Easy, Where the Corn Don't Grow, Best of Intentions and many, many more.

Tickets and Availability

Tickets for Fort Dodge Country Jam 2026 featuring Travis Tritt go on sale now here at Ticketweb.com. Tickets are also available for purchase locally in Fort Dodge at Hy-Vee, Availa Bank, First Interstate Bank, GreenState Credit Union, Northwest Bank and Peoples Credit Union (both their Fort Dodge and Webster City locations). They increase in price from $45 to $55 on Monday, July 27th. The event will likely sell out with no tickets available at the gate. Kids 12 years of age and under are admitted free if accompanied by an adult. They do not require a ticket. All tickets are general admission, festival style (bring your own chair) seating. There is also a large standing-room-only area directly in front of the stage for attendees that prefer to stand during the performance.

Shellabration Inc. is a tax exempt 501(c)4 non-profit organization consisting exclusively of unpaid board members and volunteers. The organization's mission is to make a positive contribution to the quality of life and the economic development of the greater Fort Dodge area through the delivery of exciting, family-friendly entertainment and performing arts options. In years when a profit is realized, 100% of the net proceeds remain within the organization and are used to 1) help stage additional events, 2) to attract bigger headliners each year and 3) to perpetuate the organization's mission in lean financial years.
