Miki Berenyi Trio and The Wedding Present

The Wedding Present, formed by David Gedge in 1985, is renowned for honest love songs and whirlwind guitars. Hits include "Go Out And Get 'Em Boy!" and Seamonsters. They famously equaled Elvis with 12 singles in a year. Collaborations include Steve Albini for a heavier sound. Gedge also launched Cinerama in 1997. The Wedding Present has acclaimed albums like El Rey and Going, Going..., affirming their indie legacy.
