The Irish Rovers

The Irish Rovers, formed in Toronto by George Millar and Jimmy Ferguson, gained fame in the 1960s with folk hits like "The Unicorn." Known for lively performances blending humor and traditional Irish music, the band enjoyed success in Canada and the U.S. They collaborated with Shel Silverstein and achieved a Billboard Hot 100 top ten hit in 1968. Despite lineup changes, they maintain a devoted following and now release music on their label, Rover Records.
