The Guess Who and Orleans

Legendary Canadian band, The Guess Who, known for hits like "American Woman" and "These Eyes," has achieved 14 Top 40 singles and is celebrated for their classic 1970 album.

Orleans, formed in New York in 1972, are known for hits like "Still the One" and "Dance with Me." With founders John Hall, Larry Hoppen, and Wells Kelly, they achieved success on the Asylum label. After Hall's 1977 departure, Orleans saw further change but hit again with "Love Takes Time." Hall supported the antinuclear movement and joined MUSE, organizing No Nukes concerts with Jackson Browne and others. Hall returned to Orleans before his political career, winning a U.S. Congress seat in 2006. The band endured tragedies, including Kelly's and Larry Hoppen's passing.
