The Black Keys and Eddie 9V

Akron's Black Keys, comprising Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, evolved from blues-rock roots into a versatile act. Eddie 9V, an Atlanta guitarist, revered Capricorn Studios for its gritty sound. Known for "Left My Soul in Memphis" & "Little Black Flies," he recorded his third album there in 2021, capturing an authentic, raw vibe influenced by legends like Otis Redding.
