Formed in Athens, GA, the B-52s blended surf music, '60s pop, and kitsch to create hits like "Rock Lobster" & "Love Shack." Known for their LGBTQ+ advocacy, they earned a multi-platinum record with their album Cosmic Thing.

Formed in Edinburgh, 1976, the Rezillos, known for punk with glam rock flair, hit U.K. Top 20 with "Top of the Pops." They disbanded in '78, later becoming the Revillos. Famous for live energy and cult hits, they periodically reformed for tours and new releases.

Devo, formed in Akron, Ohio, is an influential new wave band known for their satire and unique style. They gained fame with the hit "Whip It" and its iconic MTV video. Known for their robotic rhythms and bold visuals, they collaborated with Brian Eno and influenced many artists. Despite fading in the '80s, they remained iconic, releasing soundtracks, engaging in reunions, and celebrating a storied career with the anthology "50 Years of De-Evolution." They worked with Disney on youngsters’ band DEV2.0 and have continually shaped pop culture through innovation.

Born in Detroit, Lene Lovich moved to England and became a new wave icon with hits like "Lucky Number." Known for her quirky art-pop style, she collaborated with Les Chappell and Nina Hagen. Her career soared in the late '70s and early '80s, leading to a 2005 comeback.
