Hits like "House of the Rising Sun" and "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" showcased their energy and intensity. Led by Eric Burdon, the band embraced psychedelia with songs like "Sky Pilot." They collaborated with Giorgio Gomelsky and Mickie Most and saw various lineup changes. Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1994, they influenced rock with their uncompromising sound and spirit. Their legacy includes the famous track "We Gotta Get Out of This Place."
