Welcome to Manchester Music Hall. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests, and by entering the venue, patrons agree to adhere to the following terms.

Age Policy

Please note that Manchester Music Hall is an all-ages venue; however, attendees aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Entry requires a valid government-issued ID for verification of age, with certain events restricted to patrons 18 and older.

Entry and Re-Entry

To maintain a secure environment, re-entry to the venue is strictly prohibited once admitted.

Safety and Prohibited Items

In alignment with our commitment to safety, no weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, mace, or brass knuckles, are permitted inside the venue. Guests found with prohibited items may be denied entry or removed without a refund.

Smoking Policy

Additionally, smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors, though designated smoking areas are available outside.

Parking

For those driving to the venue, Manchester Music Hall offers a paid parking lot with clearly marked signage for easy navigation. We ask that guests park only in designated spots, as Manchester Music Hall is not liable for parking violations, towing, or damages incurred in or near our lot.

Media and Recording

Photography, video, or any form of unauthorized recording may be restricted at certain events. Guests are encouraged to consult event-specific guidelines available on our website or inquire with venue staff upon arrival.

Tickets and Lost Items

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation; please reach out to the ticket provider directly for any purchase-related concerns. Manchester Music Hall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items within the venue.
