Austrian artist Anja Plaschg, known as Soap&Skin, debuted with "Lovetune for Vacuum" in 2009, achieving Top Five success in Austria. Known for "Spiracle" and "Mr. Gaunt Pt. 1000," she draws comparisons to Cat Power and Björk. She won the European Border Breakers Award in 2010, acted in the 2012 film Stilleben, and returned with her third album in 2018.
