The Neptune is located at 1303 Northeast 45th Street in Seattle's University District. There is a ticket limit of 6 tickets per person and per credit card on this event. Accounts found in violation of the posted ticket limit may be cancelled without notice. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Mobile barcodes and ticket transfer delayed until 7 days prior to event. Venue reserves the right to change delivery methods. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms. There is no elevator. Stairs and ramps only to the balcony level.

ADA Accessible Seating

Each accessible seat houses an armless freestanding chair for patrons with mobility impairments and their companions.

Please note that our historic theatre has no elevator to the balcony levels. The ADA section on the seating map does not represent a specific seat location.
