Born in Tampa, Florida, Savatage is known for blending thrash, power metal, and classical influences. Founded by Jon and Criss Oliva, their albums like "Hall of the Mountain King" and "Streets" remain celebrated. Despite Criss's untimely death, they thrived with "Dead Winter Dead," inspiring the creation of Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Their 2015 reunion with TSO drew 80,000 fans.
