LCD Soundsystem, formed by James Murphy, blends disco grooves with post-punk edginess. Known for hits like "Losing My Edge" and "Daft Punk is Playing at My House," they've headlined Coachella and sold out Madison Square Garden. The band is celebrated for their poignant yet humorous songwriting, showcased on albums like Sound of Silver and American Dream. Collaborators include Hot Chip and Spike Jonze.
