Rising Appalachia

Sisters Leah and Chloe Smith formed Rising Appalachia in Georgia, blending Southern-rooted Americana and world folk music. Known for captivating performances at NPR Tiny Desk and Preservation Jazz Hall, they've toured globally, transforming simple Appalachian and Irish melodies with bandmates David Brown, Duncan Wickel, and Biko Casini.
