Dave Weckl

Born in St. Louis, Dave Weckl is a renowned fusion drummer, known for his time with Chick Corea's Elektric and Akoustic Bands. Influenced by jazz and R&B, he collaborated with artists like the Brecker Brothers, Mike Stern, and Diana Ross. He formed the Dave Weckl Band and released acclaimed albums such as "Master Plan" and "Rhythm of the Soul." Weckl is also notable for instructional videos and reuniting with Corea for "The Musician."
