Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, known professionally as M.anifest, is a Ghanaian rapper, musician, and record producer known for his multilingual wordplay and blending hip-hop with traditional Ghanaian sounds. The grandson of renowned African ethnomusicologist J.H. Kwabena Nketia, he first gained prominence with his 2007 debut album Manifestations while living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Named the "foremost rapper on the continent" by The Guardian in 2015, his notable projects include Immigrant Chronicles: Coming to America (2011), Nowhere Cool (2016), and Madina To The Universe (2021), alongside collaborations with international artists like Damon Albarn, Flea, and Burna Boy.
