LSD and the Search for God emerged in 2005 in San Francisco, enchanting with their hypnotic mix of psych and shoegaze. Their 2007 debut EP sold out pre-release and received critical acclaim, likened to My Bloody Valentine and Sonic Youth. The band is renowned for their evolving sound and collaborations, notably with Ricky Maymi of Brian Jonestown Massacre on “Heaven Is a Place” (2016).
