Project Pat, born in Memphis, is a standout hardcore rapper known for Dirty South anthems. Affiliated with Three 6 Mafia, he gained fame with "Chickenhead" in 2001. Collaborations include Juicy J, DJ Paul, and La' Chat. Despite legal troubles, he released albums like "Mista Don't Play" and "Crook by da Book," and worked with artists like Rick Ross and Young Dolph.
Memphis-born 8Ball & MJG, pioneers of Southern rap, gained fame with Suave Records in the early '90s. Known for albums like 'Comin' Out Hard' and hits such as "Space Age Pimpin'." Signed by Diddy to Bad Boy, releasing their top album 'Living Legends'. Known for reliability and influence in rap.
