Noel Torres, born in Badiraguato, Sinaloa, is a regional Mexican singer/songwriter and accordionist, known for his romantic ballads and corridos. Influenced by Los Tucanes de Tijuana and Ramon Ayala, he developed a unique, ear-trained style. Breakthrough hit "El Commando Diablo" with Gerardo Ortiz led to his successful albums, including Al Frente y de Frente. Notable songs like "El Tiempo Contigo" and "La Guanábana" earned him award nominations. He tours extensively in Mexico and the U.S. and served as a judge on Telemundo's Gran Oportunidad.
