Kraftklub

Kraftklub, a German indie rock band from Chemnitz, formed in late 2009, fuses indie rock with rap and Sprechgesang in German lyrics. They are known for energetic live performances and socially conscious themes. Their debut album, "Mit K" (2012), topped German charts, a feat repeated by subsequent albums like "In Schwarz" (2014) and "KARGO" (2022). Popular songs include "Schüsse in die Luft" and "Songs für Liam". The band has collaborated with artists such as Casper and Tokio Hotel. They received the New Music Award in 2010 and the "Kritikerpreis National" in 2013.
