Daisuke Suzuki is a renowned guitarist known for his rich tone and sensitivity. He won the Citta de Alessandrea competition in 1993 and is the foremost interpreter of Toru Takemitsu's works, praised by the composer himself. He performed at the Saito Kinen Festival and numerous memorial concerts for Takemitsu. Suzuki often debuts works by contemporary Japanese composers.
