Jodymoon, founded in 2006 in the Netherlands by Digna Janssen and Johan Smeets, is known for their folk-pop roots sound. They won the audience award at the 2008 Grand Prix of the Netherlands. With seven acclaimed studio albums and a 2023 live album, they’ve impressed with "tasteful arrangements" and "addictively tasty pop songs." They’ve toured internationally and supported Joan Armatrading, Damien Jurado, Wende, and Tom McRae.
