Herve Villard

René Villard, known professionally as Hervé Vilard, is a French pop singer and songwriter who rose to prominence in the 1960s. He achieved international fame with his 1965 debut hit single "Capri c'est fini", which sold over three million copies. Raised in orphanages and foster homes, he built a successful multi-decade career that included extensive touring in Latin America throughout the 1970s and a series of major French chart hits like "Nous" and "Reviens" upon his return.
