Danish pop-dance star Sannie Carlson, aka Whigfield, gained fame with "Saturday Night," debuting at UK #1 in 1994. Known for catchy hits like "Another Day" and "Sexy Eyes," she achieved Platinum and Gold-certified albums worldwide. Whigfield later wrote and produced for artists like Benny Benassi.
K-Klass, born out of the Hacienda's "Nude" nights in 1988, are iconic house DJs and producers. Known for "Rhythm is a Mystery" and "Let Me Show You," they've remixed for stars, curated CREAM events, and played globally for top dance brands.
Eurodisco star Haddaway, born in Trinidad and raised in Cologne, is famed for 1993's hit "What Is Love," later featured in SNL and A Night at the Roxbury.
D:Ream, born of Peter Cunnah and Al Mackenzie, are best known for hits "Things Can Only Get Better" and "UR The Best Thing." They have 2 UK Top 10 albums, 10 Top 40 singles and famously had a scientist on keyboards. "Things Can Only Get Better" was a UK No.1 in 1994 and became the Labour Party's 1997 anthem. They continue creating and touring widely.
