Grupo5, a legendary Peruvian cumbia orchestra from Monsefú-Chiclayo, was founded by the Yaipén brothers in 1973. Known for hits like "Recuérdame," they've earned gold records and the title "Grupo de Oro del Perú." They've collaborated with artists like Gian Marco and Luis Enrique, playing globally at venues like Gran Rex and Movistar Arena. Christian Yaipén, a Berklee graduate and La Voz Perú coach, led them to three sold-out 2023 concerts at Estadio San Marcos.
