Christopher Joseph Gallant III, known professionally as Gallant, is an American alternative R&B singer and songwriter from Columbia, Maryland. He first gained recognition after self-releasing his debut EP, Zebra, in 2014, and broke through with his critically acclaimed debut studio album, Ology, in 2016, which earned him a Grammy Award nomination for Best Urban Contemporary Album. Known for his striking falsetto vocals and introspective songwriting, his subsequent releases include the albums Sweet Insomnia (2019) and Zinc. (2024).
