Frances Black and Dún Laoghaire Music Festival

Irish vocalist Frances Black, famous for her pure vocal tone, has been named Ireland's Best Female Artist in 1995 and 1997 and won Most Popular Artist at the National Awards. Known for her successful albums like Talk to Me and The Sky Road, and hits like "Stranger on the Shore", Black originally performed with the Black Family and Arcady. Her collaborations include working with artists such as Maura O'Connell and her sister Mary Black.
