Dawn Richard, born in Louisiana, first rose to fame with Danity Kane and Diddy’s Dirty Money. A versatile solo artist known for blending R&B with Louisiana Creole influences and more, she self-releases her music, including the acclaimed "Second Line." Dawn explores new artistic avenues in tech and was NYU's first full-week Artist in Residence.
