8mm and Cinder Well

8mm is an American pop-rock and trip-hop band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2004 by producer and sound engineer Sean Beavan and his wife, vocalist Juliette Beavan. Known for their dark, cinematic ambiance and atmospheric soundscapes, the group debuted with their 2004 EP Opener and released their first full-length album, Songs to Love and Die By, in 2006. Their music has achieved widespread recognition through placements in popular television shows such as One Tree Hill, Grey's Anatomy, and Moonlight, alongside subsequent album releases like Between the Devil and Two Black Hearts.
