Billy Gardell

William Gardell Jr., known professionally as Billy Gardell, is an American actor and stand-up comedian. Born in Swissvale, Pennsylvania, he began his career performing stand-up comedy as a teenager before transitioning into television and film. He rose to national prominence starring as Chicago police officer Mike Biggs in the hit CBS sitcom Mike & Molly from 2010 to 2016. He subsequently starred as Bob Wheeler in the CBS sitcom series Bob Hearts Abishola from 2019 to 2024. His other notable credits include recurring roles on Yes, Dear, My Name Is Earl, and Young Sheldon, as well as appearances in films like Bad Santa and You, Me and Dupree.
