Bow Wow, born Shad Moss in Columbus, OH, debuted at 13 with the double-platinum album "Beware of Dog." Known for hits like "Bounce with Me" and collaborations with Snoop Dogg, Omarion, and Ciara, he launched a successful music and film career. His albums include "Doggy Bag" and "Wanted," with hits like "Let Me Hold You" and "Like You." Bow Wow also starred in films like "Like Mike" and "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift," showcasing versatility across music and acting.
Born in Porthcawl, Wales, twin brothers Jay and Michael Aston formed Gene Loves Jezebel in London (1981). Known for goth influences, top indie hits like "The Motion of Love," and chart success with "Jealous." Frequent member changes marked their journey. Band split led to parallel projects under the same name.
Tommy Tutone, led by Tommy Heath and Jim Keller, rose to fame with the 1981 hit "867-5309/Jenny," reaching No. 4 and earning gold status. Despite their early success, they disbanded after 1983's *National Emotion*. Heath revived the name in 1994 with *Nervous Love* and continued releases like *Tutone.rtf* in 1998.
Big Country, formed by Stuart Adamson in 1981, is known for its Celtic rock style with hits like "In a Big Country" and "Wonderland." Their debut, *The Crossing,* went platinum in the UK and gold in the US. Despite changes in lineup, they continued releasing music into the next century. Collaborations include Ray Davies, and notable albums like *Steeltown* and *The Seer* kept them in the charts. Stuart Adamson, originally from England, battled personal issues and was found deceased in 2001.
