About Waco Brothers

Waco Brothers, born from Jon Langford's Mekons, blend country and punk. Known for "Cowboy in Flames" and "Electric Waco Chair," they collaborated with Paul Burch and launched Plenty Tuff Records in 2023. The band features UK expats and Chicagoans, including Alan Doughty and Dean Schlabowske. They have a fiercely political edge, with albums like "Resist!" marking their defiant style. Drummer Joe Camarillo's passing in 2021 led to Dan Massey joining full-time.
