Showaddywaddy, formed in 1973 in Leicester, England, is a top rock & roll revival band known for '50s-inspired hits like "Under the Moon of Love." They gained fame after winning TV's New Faces in 1974. Collaborating with producer Mike Hurst, they achieved success with tracks like "Hey Rock'n'Roll." Despite the glam rock era's end, they remained popular, performing covers and originals.
