SHOCK THERAPY, formed in 1984 in Detroit by Gregory "Itchy" McCormick and Keith E. Jackson, is known for raw underground music. Debut album "HATE IS A 4-LETTER WORD" made waves with provocative lyrics and dissonant guitar riffs. Despite fading from mainstream view, they became a cult act with mature style, combining Itchy's music with literature and art.
