Shakatak, a London-born crossover jazz, funk, and pop band, formed in 1980. Known for hits like "Easier Said Than Done", they collaborated with Al Jarreau. The band gained international success with instrumental albums in Japan and topped Billboard's Contemporary Jazz chart with "Open Your Eyes".
