Jim Brickman, born in Cleveland, Ohio, is a pop and new-age pianist known for mellow, romantic compositions. He broke into the Top 40 with Windham Hill in the '90s, collaborating with Martina McBride on "Valentine." With 2 Grammy noms and a Dove Award, over 20 albums reached No. 1 on Billboard's new age chart. Worked with Jim Henson, released albums with Savoy Jazz, including "Escape" and "Beautiful World," and covered Disney classics.
