About Dream Theater

Dream Theater, from Long Island, NY, are progressive metal icons known for intricate, melodic music. Formed in 1985, key members include John Petrucci and John Myung. Their albums "Images and Words" and "Metropolis, Pt. 2" are legendary. Mike Portnoy's return in 2023 marked a reunion of core members. Notable works include "The Astonishing" with the Prague Symphony Orchestra. They’ve collaborated with artists like Tony Levin and are celebrated for thematic concept albums and rigorous touring.
